Aims to realign posture, stabilize pelvis, reconnect with pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and relax tired and tense shoulders. Builds up to fitness and toning. Includes yoga workout for mum and baby together, yoga, interaction and songs for baby. Ends with 10 minute relaxation to help rejuvenate your mind and body. Join social tea/coffee and a chat afterwards. Suggest wear lose clothing and ring baby's favorite toy.
