This is a stand alone course for birth preparation from an experienced practicing midwife.
Join me in the fabulous venue of White's Hotel Wexford where we will deep dive into all things pregnancy, birth and babies over 2 consecutive days.
There are 2 elements to hypnobirthing. 1) Information2) relaxation and mind training techniques.
While I highly recommend that you book in for both days with your partner I understand that life is busy and not everyone can make both days. Others feel they need training in one of these elements and not the other. For this reason it is now possible to book for 1 of the 2 days if you so chose. Day 1 focuses on information and antenatal education. Day 2 on stress management techniques, mind training and ways to support your natural ability to give birth.
The course is fun, experiential and interactive. Workbook, hypnosis MP3s and Birth Plan Template and cheat sheets included.
All you need is comfortable clothing, an open mind and a yoga mat if you have one. I promise you will leave feeling prepared, deeply rested and excited about your birth.

Come join me on this introduction to Marie Mongan Hypnobirthing. Over the course of 2.5 hours we will explore physiological birth, taking a deep dive into how your birthing body works and the nuero-science behind mind-training.
