This class will focus on relaxation techniques, breath-work, affirmations and guided visualizations to help you to take control of your inner world, connect with your body and your baby and build strength and resilience for pregnancy and birth. Every mum is free to join, whatever your stage of pregnancy and regardless of your level of yoga experience.
