Come join me on this introduction to Marie Mongan Hypnobirthing. Over the course of 2.5 hours we will explore physiological birth, taking a deep dive into how your birthing body works and the nuero-science behind mind-training.
This is a midwife led course and so may be fully covered by insurance. It can be done as a stand alone module or you can enrol on the day for further 5 weeks where we cover all things pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. €60 per couple
